Project Overview
Orii Energy is committed to ensuring that rural communities in Central Uganda have access to clean, reliable, and affordable electricity through solar power. This project aims to bridge the energy gap by deploying off-grid solar solutions to households, schools, health centers, and small businesses in remote areas that lack access to the national grid.

Our Approach
Orii Energy is deploying solar mini-grids and standalone solar home systems tailored to the energy needs of local communities. The project focuses on:
- Household Solar Solutions: Providing families with solar powered lighting, phone charging, and basic appliances.
- Solar for Schools: Installing solar powered lighting and digital learning tools to improve education.
- Solar for Health Centers: Equipping clinics with solar energy for refrigeration, lighting, and medical equipment to enhance healthcare services.
- Solar for Businesses: Empowering small businesses with solar powered solutions to improve productivity and income generation.
